Product Return

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can change your mind and return or exchange the product(s) you purchased. To do this, you need to print and fill out a Return and Exchange Form.

Rules for quick and hassle-free returns:

1. Go to your nearest Speedy office and send back to us the product you wish to return with a completed return form.

2. After we receive and process the shipment, we will reimburse you by bank transfer, to the IBAN you specified in the form within 2 working days (calculated from the date we received the shipment).

3. IMPORTANT: The return is at your expense, except in cases where it is a defect or a different item/size/color was sent.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

If you would like an exchange for a different item or size, simply place a new order and return the item you are rejecting to us. The value of the returned product will be refunded to you via bank transfer.
