The goods purchased through the website www.calientefashion.eu are delivered to the Buyer by courier companies Speedy and Econt.
The goods are sent to the Buyer only after the Seller has received confirmation of the placed order. After receipt of confirmation by the Buyer, the Order is delivered as follows:
- For Orders placed on working days – up to 2 working days;
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays are sent on the courier's first working day;
The offered delivery methods are as follows:
- Delivery to the office of the Speedy courier company with the View and Test option.
- Delivery to the office of the Econt courier company with the View and Test option and the Product Selection option (for orders with more than 1 product).
- Delivery to an address specified by the customer with the View and Test option, and the Product Selection option (for orders with more than 1 product).
SPEEDY AD DOES NOT OFFER OPTION: SELECT PRODUCT!
The return is borne by the buyer (up to 14 days from receipt of the order). The value of the product is refunded to the bank account specified by the customer within 2 working days of receiving the return shipment.
Orders sent to an office will be held at the courier's office for no longer than 7 /seven/ days. After the expiration of this period, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order without expressly notifying the Customer.
For Orders made to an address, the Customer is obliged to provide access and the ability to accept the Order. In the event that the Customer is not found at the specified address, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order or leave it at the nearest office of the courier, and the goods will remain at the office for no longer than 7 /seven/ days, after which The order is considered canceled and the goods are returned to the Seller.
